Terms of payment

Payment is due at the end of the treatment. Payment accepted by cash, direct billing, debit, e-Transfer, Visa or Master Card. 

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. Patients will be charged 50% of their treatment fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

To cancel your appointment, you can do so through your confirmation appointment email or you can call the clinic at 416-318-7087 and speak with the clinic administrator.

To avoid any cancellation fees, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
